Phyllis Gathura-Tole; Chief Finance Officer – Land Layby Holdings. Former Principal Auditor (Queensland Government – Shared Service Agency , Brisbane – Australia), Former Head of Internal Audit- Sarova Group of Hotels, Former External Auditor – Pricewaterhouse Coopers.
She brings to the company 40 years of Family Land Banking knowledge and experience. Other than great interest in audit, her life has always revolved around land banking since childhood. Most of her school holidays were spent locating beacons and studying terrains, a knowledge she now recons is almost intuitive.
Her understanding of the power of land value curve especially in offering double-digit returns and moderating the patience required in land banking gives the company a competitive edge. It is all about clinical and strategic decisions to buy or sell and not gut feelings.
Victor Asoyo – Victor works in the Banking and Finance team on commercial banking transactions and advisory work with a focus on property and development, corporate finance, health care, SMSF lending, liquor and gaming, childcare, invoice factoring and general business lending. Victor holds a Bachelor of Law ( University of Adelaide ) and Bachelor of Science (Biochemistry) degree.
